Self-defence

We offer specialised training centred on tools and techniques to assist in all areas of attack. First and foremost is situational awareness and a quick response/assessment of the overall picture. If you are required to defend yourself you will be taught how to best navigate the situation including, if required, techniques both physical and mental in nature. The stronger you become in body and competent in technique, the more confidence you will have. Your strength, power, and speed are just physical attributes, they do not complete your training, your confidence in your ability is the mental training required and is just as important.
